My Go to Places: Hosokawa Amsterdam

My husband and i went to Amsterdam for his birthday weekend. With a birthday party comes a birthday dinner.

Well according to my husband.;)

And wow did we found a perfect restaurant. Dinner here is a party and that isn’t only when it’s your birthday.

Fantastic restaurant with delicious Japanese food.

You can find Hosokawa in the very heart of Amsterdam at Max Eeuweplein, near Leidseplein.

  The perfect place with a modern and sophisticated ambience.

You can eat traditional robata grill, teppan grill and sushi style.

Well that is a perfect start of the evening!

The staff made sure that our wishes, such as sashimi & meat for the birthday boy will be perfectly catered.

The sushimi is as soft as butter and incredibly flavorful and varied.

Oooh and sushi! Also very, very delicious.

Ladies & gentlemen watch your eyebrows!;)

Instead of dessert, delicious coffee for me please. And with a sweet treat.

A perfect place in the centre of Amsterdam, sweet staff and oh sushi & sashimi so fresh!
