My Go to Places: Sofitel Legend The Grand

It was sister time, so my sister and i went for a sister weekend to a gorgeous hotel, Sofitel Legend The Grand in Amsterdam.

As some of you might now, i’ve been to Sofitel The Grand before. Two times for a cozy and fun lunch.

 But i haven’t slept in their gorgeous hotel. Untill…. last weekend.

This 5-star hotel in the heart of Amsterdam offers luxurious rooms and facilities just 5 minutes from Dam Square.

It features a Michelin star ‘Bridges’ restaurant. A spa with an indoor pool area.

This hotel is also rated for the best value in Amsterdam! A score of 9.2!

From The Grand, the most important landmarks are within walking distance.

The Van Gogh Museum, the Anne Frank House and Amsterdam Central Station.

And just within walking distance form the shopping area.

How gorgeous is our room? There are 177 rooms and suites in all sizes with modern bathrooms.

 

Dressing gowns and slippers are provided for extra comfort. And how super luxurious, with Hermès bathroom products.

After coffee time at Le Petit Bistro it was time to explore Amsterdam.

And since this hotel is in the heart of the city, just step outside the hotel and let the fun begin.

Now this is what i call breakfast! A perfect party in the morning.

They serve a buffet with so many choices and you can order from a la carte.

And i can you tell you, the card is so good that you can’t choose. Waffles, fresh fruit, poached eggs, pancakes…..

Can i stay here all morning? Or be here every morning?

There is also a charming garden and terrace for sunny days.

But February means winter and last weekend it was time for snow. So a picture in the snowy white and charming garden.

Bye bye Sofitel The Grand Amsterdam. Thank you for your perfect, perfect service!
